Selecting a section of an image that you would like to enhance then inverting the selection and using one or more of the blur filters can make the unblurred section stand out.  The flower was our tutorial image and the mouse showed up in my mailbox as a joke the other day...I had to play with it here, even if the photo was very poor quality after all the doctoring that had been done to get that mouse in a helmet.  It's just too cute!!  Little Tyler is the son of a woman I have done some business with.  He was a TINY little fellow when he was born, but, according to his mama, is fattening up and happy now.
