The idea is that photos depictiing a fun & lively atmosphere would fade in/out behind the logo. Should not get too bright so as not to distract from the name. Just get the idea across that the food is good and this is a fun place to meet, play, party, eat....etc.

Each photo should have the goblin hiding in it somewhere.

This could be achieved with flash or javascripting and CSS positioning. With this few graphics, fiddling for cross compatibility shouldn't be too bad.
