These seem to resize to smaller size easily, however, they do not lend themselves well to B&W. Needs to be greyscale.

Text is vector. Images raster .tif files. Images created at 300dpi and original saved in various format layers.

[Note: I just noticed font may be a bit blurry on the curves in reduction of the second image set. Were this for a real sample, I would need to go back and redo that or reject the idea.]

This may be a bit rough for the client's taste. I think he wanted cleaner images, but I was having fun and tried this rather primitive nutty design that says "fun" to me.

Even though the image itself has no party items, remember it can be placed over photos or catalog items. Reminds me of a campy tee-shirt logo.
