I'm not doing great with getting that motion am I? lol
The bubbles do have a wee bit of movement here. And purrrhaps the cut off text adds some tension??
Logo done in plain old Arial Black font and shown in B&W, grescale & some color variations. More color could be added, changed & rearranged if desired.

Just more fiddling in color and in greyscale. Image in background could easily be changed or deleted. Text for an ad could be added to top. Or possibly contact info in the black to the right of the current lettering.
